OVERVIEW
 

Laiki eBank for Business UK is the electronic banking application for UK customers of Laiki Bank that was designed especially for the needs of every modern business. This is a service offered to all Laiki Bank UK business customers on a 24-hour a day and 7-day a week basis, facilitating cheaper instant banking with a click of a button.

It provides access to as many customer users as required, through the Internet (direct info and monetary transactions), to accounts which they are authorised to handle.

This service is currently available to business customers of Laiki Bank who can choose to have one of the following levels of authorisation for their authorised users:

Authority Level 1: Level 1 users will be able to have enquiry access and effect monetary transactions alone, without needing the approval of any other authorised eBank user(s). In addition users, will be able to approve monetary instructions created by any level 2 and level 3 user(s). Please note that all instructions created by any Level 1 user, will not be checked by any other user(s).



    Authority Level 2: Level 2 user (s) will be able to have enquiry access and create monetary instructions. However before those instructions are executed, another Level 2 or Level 1 user will have to either approve or reject it. In addition Level 2 user(s) will also be able to approve instructions created by any other Level 3 user(s).

    Authority Level 3: Level 3 user(s) will only be able to have enquiry access and create monetary transactions. They will not be able to approve any monetary transactions.
    Authority Level 4: Level 4 user(s) will have enquiry only access.

eBanking for Business offers the following services:

    Enquiries:
      • Accounts: Information on accounts (summary, details, statements, blocked funds)
      • Chequebook/ Cheque: Summary, List of stopped cheques
      • Standing Order: Summary, Details
      • Direct Debit: Summary, Details
      • Transaction Enquiry
      • View Messages

    Monetary Transactions:
      • Transfers: To Connected Accounts, To Laiki Accounts, To Local Banks, Swift Transfers.
      • Payments: Donations, Bill Payments
      • Cheque Services: Stop a Cheque or a whole Chequebook or a range of cheques, Order a new Chequebook
      • Standing Orders: Set-up, Change, Delete
      • Instruction Status: Approve monetary Instructions

Other Features:
      • Dual Control: this feature allows users to check and authorise payment requests. It includes the levels of access where one user may create transactions and another authorised user will be able to approve it before the transaction is executed;
      • Help Manual: extensive online help for each step you may need to take;
      • Change Password: for added security, change your PIN or digital signature* as often as required.Please press here in order to view our Security Tips for more information on added security.
      • Print option to allow you to print any document you may need, e.g. account statements and transaction confirmations, for your own personal keeping;
      • Special Access: The authorised user who has this special access can view all transactions performed by all other authorised users of the same company. Please note that this access can only be assigned to one person per company.
